THE ADMISSION PROCESS

FRESHMAN ADMISSION

  1. Please fill out the online application as thoroughly as possible. When you are finished, click the SUBMIT button on the left column of any application screen. Print the submittal form that appears after you submit the application. Return it with a nonrefundable application fee of $20 in the form of a check or money order to the address listed below.
  2. Arrange for the Office of Admissions to receive an official high school transcript or GED and an official ACT or SAT score report. The requirements for non-conditional freshman admission are a high school cumulative GPA of 2.0 and a minimum composite score of 19 on the ACT or 1350 on the SAT.
  3. Arrange for the Office of Admissions to receive official transcripts for any college credit received while in high school.

TRANSFER ADMISSION

  1. Please fill out the online application as thoroughly as possible. When you are finished, click the SUBMIT button on the left column of any application screen. Print the submittal form that appears after you submit the application. Return it with a nonrefundable application fee of $20 in the form of a check or money order to the address listed below.
  2. Arrange for the Office of Admissions to receive official transcripts from all colleges previously attended. For non-conditional transfer admission, a student must have a cumulative college GPA of 2.0 and have been in good standing at the last institution attended.
  3. If you have acquired less than 24 semester hours, arrange for the Office of Admissions to receive your official and final high school transcript or GED and an official ACT or SAT score report.

THE FINANCIAL AID PROCESS

  1. Complete the financial aid section of this online application as thoroughly as possible.
  2. Submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA may be obtained online at www.fafsa.ed.gov or by contacting the Office of Admissions at 800-264-6014.

How To Use the Campbellsville University Online Application

To complete the online application, simply type your answers in the corresponding fields or select your answers from the popup lists (where applicable).

After you complete a screen, click the NEXT button at the bottom or on one of the sections listed on the left column to move to a different screen. Before you are allowed to jump screens, we will inspect your data on the current screen for errors or inconsistencies. If errors or omissions are found, you will be returned to the screen to correct your answer(s). Otherwise, your data will be saved and you will proceed to the requested screen. We also allow you to skip to another screen without your new data being saved. Be aware that if you use the Skip & Jump function on the left column, data on the current screen will not be saved and will have to be re-entered prior to submittal.

Once you have completed the application, click the 'SUBMIT' button located on the left column to submit the application.
