Application for admission should be made as early as possible during the senior year of high school.
Acceptance for admission may be granted at any time during the senior year; however, the final high school transcript must be evaluated before admission is final.
A candidate for admission to the freshman class must submit the following items:
- This completed online application.
- The application fee ($30) or a waiver of fee request from ACT, SAT, or the high school guidance counselor.
- An official high school transcript with the grade point average computed on a 4.0 scale.
- Official scores from either the American College Test (ACT) or the SAT Reasoning Test (SAT).
ACT and/or SAT score report labels appearing on official high school transcripts are acceptable for admission decisions.
However, an official profile is required for athletic eligibility.
- Any additional information as requested by the university to determine admission eligibility.
Students with GED certificates or students who have been home schooled should submit items noted in 1, 2, 4, and 5 above.
Additionally required are:
- A copy of the GED certificate or home school transcript.
After notification of acceptance and before final admission is granted, the candidate must submit the following items:
- Payment of the enrollment deposit ($125).
- An official, after graduation, final high school transcript showing the grade point average computed on a 4.0 scale, the final class rank, and the date of graduation.
- If you have taken college or university courses during high school, have an official copy of your final college transcript forwarded to our registrar.
- A completed
Housing and Health Form or housing exemption form.
The housing exemption form is available from the Admissions Office.
Each request for exemption will be reviewed by the dean of student life.
